Refund policy

1. Purchase Process
To place an order on tannumparts.com, please follow these steps:

  • Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Complete the form with your personal details and shipping address.Review and confirm your order details, and choose your preferred payment method.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and, when applicable, the tracking number.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
At this time, we accept the following payment method:

Conditions: All payments must be processed and confirmed prior to shipping the products. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banking institutions or payment providers.


3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We ship throughout Mexico and internationally.
  • Shipping cost: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery time: The estimated delivery time is 2 business days from payment confirmation. However, delivery times may be longer for rural or hard-to-access areas.
  • Shipping notification: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


4. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return conditions: We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The delivered product does not match the order.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, for sale/discounted products, or for items that have been opened or used.

Return process:

  • Report any issue within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Email sales@tannumparts.com including your order number, photos of the product, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We will provide detailed instructions to complete the return process.


5. Cancellations
Customer-initiated cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at sales@tannumparts.com to request cancellation.


Company-initiated cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product information (price, description, etc.).
  • Inability to verify payment information.
  • Product out of stock.


If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.


6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase. Once a return or cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days after approval.

Promotions and discounts applied on the Site are subject to specific terms, such as validity dates and product availability. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
